Hi! I'm Kiersten, and I'm chubby

Hi Kiersten! I'm chubby too! =P I was much chubbier, now im less chubby, though still quite chubby. lol. That was the story of my life, I would decide to start eating better, something would happen.. i'd say ill start tomorrow.. I'd say the same thing the next day.. So on and so on. I never had a solid starting point and a plan. So, I started at the turn of the new year. I reminded myself that if i actually started when I said I was going to before, I could be a whole new person by now. But I didn't, and here I am in the same place. So, I started and I stuck to it for once, now i'm 40 lbs down in the 5th month. There is no way i'd let myself stop now. If you're ready to start now, do it. Do it for yourself. Because you deserve to feel great and be healthy. And time flies, you can be so different in a handful of months or you can be in the same position of wanting to be healthy. You have amazing tools on just this site. Good luck, you can do it! =]
