Stretching out Herbalife

Hi there! I am beginning Herbalife tomorrow and was wondering if there is a better approach to making the shakes. Each shake requires 2 scoops of the Formula 1 powder-meaning that one canister is only a couple of weeks. Also, I plan to make mine with almond milk which will result in lower protein (from not using cow's milk). My question is, will the shakes still be effective if I use one scoop of Herbalife and one scoop of protein powder?? Or if not, do you think having a protein shake for breakfast and a traditional 2 scoop Herbalife shake for dinner will be effective? any tips or tricks are appreciated. Thanks!

Skip the Herbalife stuff and make your own. A bagillion recipes out there online that are better and way cheaper.

    In a blender put:

    soy milk
    banana
    greek yogurt
    spinach
protein supplement that is easier and cheaper to acquire than Herbalife
    maybe some stevia
other things you think might be nice

    Blend and drink

You will save cash and get better nutrition. Look closely at Herbalife ingredients. There is a lot of garbage fillers like maltodextrin and more.

Effective for what? If you want protein, try Optimum Nutrition- yum and way cheaper than any MLM shake. If you want to make a quick meal with your blender, there are a million recipes online.

Basically, there is nothing special about Herbalife shakes, regardless of what your salesperson told you. If money is an issue, there are way cheaper options to reach your goals.
