I am not crazy about all the newer music. Looking to compose an old school music list to get your heart pumping. And GO!

How old school? Are we talking 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s?

Rob Base It takes 2 does it for me. Abba's Dancing Queen, Donna Summer's On the Radio, Heart's Barracuda. Joan Jet and Pat Benetar could work as well. For what type of exercise?

    -"ABC" by The Jackson 5

-"Two of Hearts" by Stacey Q

-"Get Down on It" by Kool and the Gang

-"Safety Dance" - Men Without Hats

If you want to get into some '90s I strongly suggest "Good Vibrations" by Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch and "I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred
