Ok, so I decided to just take new "before" pictures. Here they are.

    I feel great. Kinda sore on some days, but nothing that's not tolerable.

    Your best way is to get a heart rate monitor and just manually enter the calories. But I don't have a HRM, so I just log Kenpo as Martial Arts, and Yoga as Yoga, and everything else as aerobics (usually high impact)
