Looking for MFP Buddies

Hello Eveyone..this is my first week acutally committing to logging in all my foods..etc. Its not as cumbersome as i thought it would be. I find myself sitting in my car before i leave for work or home putting either the food or drink i had right before. I think this may work for me. Im at my heaviest which is 298.4. My goal weight by August is a realistic 190lbs. This site has even encouraged me to walk more..ive munstered enough to walk to get my lunch for the past couple of days. I will also be investing in a few new Wii games..just dance 2 and Zumba. If your looking for some encouragement and you want to give some..friend me!!

Welcome... For me, personally, I came here for the calorie tracking and have stayed/come back for the friends. You're gonna kick some butt... watch!! :flowerforyou:0

Welcome and good luck on your journey. I find MFP very good to keep track of the calories and it's also motivate me to exercise every day because I want to be able to log exercise.0

I've lost 42lb using MFP (okay, I put a few on after festivities) and I have never successfully dieted before...how about that?? only 2.5lbs gained over christmas...this is an amazing site, with some extra special people here too..

Hello! I was just about to post a 'hello' too to see if anyone wanted to me my friend (lol!). I registered here yesterday and just tried it out yesterday. I've been a bit better today but had to finish off the Christmas goodies in the house and plan to start properly tomorrow.
