Me and some friends are having a BBQ on at our local common today. I was wondering if you could give me some suggestions as to what to have to keep the indulgence to a minimum.

thank you =)

  • Grilled asparagus are also delicious, see if they can spare some room on the grill!

Just eat small portions - and you will be fine :-)

Hopefully they'll have grilled chicken- hot dogs are loaded with calories and fat, and burgers aren't much better. I usually bring a veggie burger or some veggies to grill. Avoid any mayo-based salads. Avoid BBQ sauce which is sugary and calorie.

Meat… preferably chicken or burgers (skip the bun)
    Coleslaw
    Salad
Potato salad (small amount… dressing adds up)
    Fruit salad
