Tips for staying on track while on holidays!?!

Hello all,
I'm off to Vegas this evening for 4 nights (only 3 full days) and I'm hoping some of you could share some tips to keep me on track this weekend. I would usually just say "oh well its a vacation and only 3 days so let loose and have fun!" but I have my sister's wedding 3 weeks later and want to look as best I can in that bridesmaid dress.
So its Vegas and I know I'll be drinking so "no booze" is not an option lol. I also figure I'll be walking between 4-6 hours and swimming so probably burning another 1000 calories or so. My calorie intake is set at 1400. SHould I increase it to maintenance or just leave it?
Any tips from all you successful rock stars would be much appreciated! Thanks

Plan ahead as much as possible and still have fun. Eating at your maintenance calorie limit is a good idea as well.0

Clicked in also to suggest eating maintenance calories. That's what I do for special occasions. Perhaps bank 50 calories a day leading up to it too (more if you exercise). 300 more from 6 days leading up is a nice bonus. (just re-read your OP. So make up 50 a day when you get back).
Get an activity tracker that will calculate your calories burned during your walking. That'll give you a nice boost to your calorie goal.
You aren't going to do much in 3 weeks, so what you are now is probably pretty close to what you'll be at your sister's wedding. Maybe enjoy the weekend a little more and up your calories to the 'one pound gain' level. Those 3 days you are on that will cause a half a pound gain. Big deal.
Just don't stop tracking and wipe out the buffet every day (as I am known to do).0 -
ahh the buffets!!! Thankfully we have a holiday house there so at least breakfasts will be at home and hopefully a bbq one evening. And i can do some good aquacize moves without feeling like an idiot in a public pool lol0
