  • Thank you SO much ladies!!

if any of you wanna add me, please do!!! A girl can use all the support she can get!! :)
  • to be honest, a lot of it is that im not around my soon to be ex-husband anymore. my heck i never realized how stressed out i was around him until i wasnt around him anymore!!

im drinking a TON of water every day, snacking on fruits and veggies, and watching what i eat. to give you an idea of a typical day is like:

morning, oatmeal and a cup of skim milk

lunch: a lean cuisine (or similar type meal)

dinner: usually whatever my mom makes or another lean cuisine type meal

im usually on the go alot so the "frozen" meals are pretty easy and generally pretty calorie light. i do get snack cravings though...so i try to shoot for "veggie chips/veggie straws" (costco has them) or fruits and veggies. but i do allow myself a soda and some chips every now and then. just not every day.

    80 days is totally do-able!!! :)
