Ok I am a soccer coach, but I don't run, I don't play I only direct and coach my players. How many calories would walking up and down the field burn? I coached for an hour I compared it to 20 minutes of slow walking which burned 80 calories. Is this a good number?

I feel it should be at least 100. I walked for 30 min at a slow pace and I got 68.
Hmmm..... (definitely need to invest in a heart monitor)0 -
hmm heart monitor or a step counter highly unlikely. Good idea but I just won't do it. Thanks for the input though!0

I would guess-timate about 200 calories an hour. This site might help:

HRMs are for steady rate cardio. This wouldn't count, to be honest. You could try a fitbit or bodymedia link, but maybe just redo your settings and up the activity level for the season.0 -
You can check here - according to Calorie lab One hour of coaching for a 150 pound person burns 204 calories an hour. You should be able to enter your own stats and go from there.
