No sub 40 minutes runners here???

The other day I posted a topic asking if there are any sub 40 minutes 10k runners here and no response at all. That must mean I'm the best runner on mfp. WOHOO!

    Well, it is pretty fast! But it depends on age too. It took me about a year to get my 5k time under 30, and I've just managed to do a sub 60 10k. But my age graded % is about 66, which I'm pretty chuffed about.
