What is the most accurate Body Fat Calculator out there? I've heard good things about Omron's HBF-516B but didn't know if anyone had experience with it's readings.

    I've heard that the body fat readings from scales are not accurate. I use a spreadsheet where I input all of my body measurements and body fat caliper readings. I'd be happy to send it to you, plus then you have a place to keep track of your measurements to track that progress too.
