Just a little achievement but...

I finally broke 189!

I've been stuck in the 190s and above for the past 2-3 years, so it felt good to see that number and that know my clothes are a little looser.

Anyone else had some little achievements? :)

    Good for you! :drinker:
I ran for 40 minutes today, which is the longest time I have managed to run for... So far!

Wow great job!!! I can't run just yet because it's too much impact on my knees and I get shin splints to compensate, hoping I can build myself up to that. :)

Keep it up, you're doing awesome!

I'm inching toward the 180 mark and will soon be in the 170s which I haven't seen in years since I quit smoking 8 years ago and put these 40 lbs. on. My fat jeans are swimming on me. I only have skinny jeans waiting in the wings. No inbetweeners. And being positive about losing my portly poundage, I'm not purchasing any. Those skinny jeans will probably fit about 10 lbs. from now.
That's great motivation!!! I told myself when I hit this mark I'd buy some new shoes. :) That way I am not worried about a new dress or something not fitting in a month or so. Great progress!
  • I went to the gym despite my agoraphobia. Oh and I went six miles on the recumbant bike.
