To be more clear - I'm looking for cool things you can do in 5-10min0

As in prep time of 5-10 minutes? Or total time of 5-10 mins?
Ingredients
2 bananas, mashed
2 eggs, whisked
½ cup Formulx Vanilla Protein Powder
Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips (optional – or whatever else you want in the pancakes)
1 tablespoon butter (or other oil – to grease the pan)
Instructions
Mix together bananas, eggs, and protein powder until well combined.
Place a pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with a bit of oil. Once pan is hot, add a large spoonful of the pancake mixture to the pan, about 3-5 inches wide.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the pancakes.
Once the pancakes begin to bubble, flip them. Cook for about 1 minute each side, depending how hot the pan is.
Regrease the pan, as needed.
(you can also sub protein powder for nut butter)
Sorry, no nutritional info.
also pretty much everything else from this blog is also good: http://paleomg.com/0 -
I find paleo cooking is generally just spices and meat and finding (often vegetable) substitutions for wheat products: zuchinni noodles or spaghetti squash for spaghetti; eggplant for lasagna noodles, cauliflower for rice and for pizza base, etc. etc.
Here's another easy, pretty much fool proof one.
Smoky Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs from http://stupideasypaleo.com/
Ingredients
2 pounds (1000 g) boneless chicken thighs
8 ounces (300 g) bacon, or one slice per thigh
1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
Sea salt and pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
Trim the skin and excess fat from the chicken thighs.
Season the chicken with smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
Wrap one piece of bacon around each chicken thigh and place on the baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or until cooked through.0 -
I like taking a chicken breast and pounding it until it is flat. Fry in Coconut oil and add fresh ground black pepper and salt.
Tomato salad: 3 medium tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic crushed and minced, 1/4 cup red onion chopped, 6 or 8 Basil leaves chopped and about 1 tablespoon of EVOO. Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
Cantaloupe cut up.
Enjoy! :flowerforyou:0 -
Someone I know likes to cook up fresh spinach for his breakfast and dinner. I don't know his recipe, but you can't go wrong with a teaspoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped fresh garlic and onion!0

Buy steak.
Place steak on hot grill.
Flip.
Rest.
Eat.
Or...if you want to go true caveman Paleo:
Kill steak.
Place steak on hot grill.
Flip.
Rest.
Eat.0
