    Here's the ingredients list:

So, I seasoned the shrimps with Old Bay, Texas Pete hot sauce and oregano and I grilled them in a cast iron pan.

Then, I sautéed all the thinly sliced veggies (broccoli stalk were julienned and the rest was finely chopped) in the olive oil and added the cooked pasta. Toss, add the shrimp, taste and adjust seasoning (more Texas Pete!), and you're done.

And these I do eat... Two Hearts Terrine. I have them with mixed greens salad drizzled with warm olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Two Hearts Terrine is heart of palm wrapped in smoked salmon which is then rolled in a mixture of cream cheese, shrimp, artichoke hearts, shallots, capers, Parmesan cheese, parsley, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and garlic. The whole thing is chilled and then rolled in chopped pistachios and cut into discs as shown on the plate.

I too think I wouldn't fair so well if I attempted these. However, I've always wanted to try to make them. When I do, I hope they turn out as well as you made them.

Thai-style tofu :) (sweet, spicy and tangy!)

oh man i love thai! do you have a recipe you would be able to share? thanks!

    Hi!

Do you happen to have an Asian store in the area? If you do, then maybe you'd like to try looking for a bottle of Thai style sweet chilli sauce. I usually use that after sautéeing garlic and onions.

    0003068490581_500X500.jpg

Otherwise, here's a recipe for the sauce:

PS: It's the garlic that makes it!
