Other than MFP, do you have any other things you find motivating? I'd love to have some sites bookmarked or books handy for times when my energy is waning.

Well here is a very inspiring blog

    you're welcome ;)

You really need to work on your blog. It has little content and what's there isn't interesting. Also, I hate the font.

I plug these guys so much, that I should start getting paid to :P But I really love FitnessBlender on YouTube. The have literally hundreds of workout videos, but they also seem like really nice people and I love their message. Which is about reaching your optimal health, rather than trying to have the perfect body. If I have days where I'm feeling not so great, I just watch a one of their vlogs.

There is a book called Beck Diet Solution that helped me out with the mental/emotional part of weight loss. One thing that really stuck with me from the book was to write the reasons why I want to lose the weight on an index card and read it every morning or whenever I'm not feeling like logging my food or working out. Having that list in writing instead of in my head helps me keep focused and determined on those days when I'm not motivated.

I follow Fit to the Finish. I love that she not only lost the weight but has maintained it successfully. I don't follow too many people anymore since watching them lose and then gain it all back made me feel there was no hope.
