About 4 years ago I went from 225 lbs (All fat, not fit) to 170 (lean) and then up to 190 (Fit) rather quickly. Over the past year and a half I moved and started working at a very sedentary position, now i'm back up to 225 and not very fit at all. So here I am back to start the journey all over again.
Let it be a warning to anyone who worked hard for their gains, changing lifestyle and environment can drastically affect your gains and what you have worked hard to accomplish if you don't stick with it and keep your head in the right place.
Wish me luck.
