For me and my own weight loss goals, I MUST have cottage cheese, sliced cheese or cheese sticks, rice cakes, bananas, nuts (almonds are constant, others switch out regularly), almond milk, peanut butter, coffee creamer, and eggs. Those are the things I eat the most, some of them I eat every single day without fail.0

As I have diverticulis I can't have seeds or shelled veggies or nuts or popcorn. So I rely on apples, bananas, blue berries, pineapple, clementines, grapes, turkey, ground turkey, chicken, pork, tossed salad stuff, all differetnt spices of course. Snacks, fruit, peanut butter, rice cakes, fiber one bars. I don't eat the best all time but I am trying to get better. Best of luck to you :-)0
