Hi, I'm wanting to start this challenge and maybe after this do a few more challenges. I think it would be a good way to start exercising as the plan is set and you just have to do. I have done this once before and after 2 weeks I saw some changes but then for no reason I stopped. So if anyone would like to join me in doing this challenge please do, and leave comments on how you are getting on, I think I'm going to start a personal photo diary as well.
I will leave days one and two's instructions on this post. I will add the following days numbers as we go along.
Day one
15 sit-up
5 crunches
5 leg raises
10 second plank
Day two
20 sit ups
8 crunches
8 leg raises
12 second plank
Good luck to us all!

I'm curious as to what the end goal of doing lots of dedicated ab work everyday is?0

The teeny tiny little ab outline I have came from not one sit up/crunch/plank. I would rethink this plan.0

This is more to start off, most people would get scared if they did 200 each everyday, I know I would. So if you build it up, you start getting into a sort of routine of doing a little everyday. Once you get to the end of the 30 days, you can just carry on with it. Just because it says 30 days, doesn't mean you have to stop, preferably you would carry on increasing the amount everyday there after.0

Day four,
Rest day!
Use a rest day wisely, it means rest your body, it doesn't mean eat what you like.0 -
