New day!

Hello, I am new to the site so just finding my way around and tracked my first day of food and exercise. I am pleased to say that I have met my weight loss goals but now I am starting a new journey of reducing my BMI, need to now build that muscle and maintain my weight which takes eating differently and accepting that the scales might go up because muscle weighs more than fat. Anyway, I would like to be encouraged and at the same time encourage anyone I can along the way on their goals.
