How do I find the calories burned for weight/circuit training. I had no trouble finding it with the eliptical...help please :-)

Circuit training is in the database. However it's probably way more than what you actually burn if you're using hand weights.

Best to get a heart rate monitor if you want an accurate calorie count!

You can also find strength training in the cardiovascular database. Although, the calories burned for strength training will be much lower than for circuit training.

Just add it as strength training under the cardio header if you want the calories to be added on.

HRMs are for steady state cardio only, and will give a wildly inaccurate burn for strength training.

agreed, but with circuit training it should be somewhat more accurate then straight sets.

didn't expect this question with the title

    Don't log weight training.

It will only make you thinner!
