I was just wondering if there's any one out there that could give me some advice on my knee. I hurt it several years ago and it seems whenever I'm running i had to stop after awhile and only walk. Would a knee brace help and if so what kind???

Yes, a knee brace helps. Believe it or not, I got mine at Dollar General for $3!0

The first thing that comes to mind is see a sports medicine doctor since you said you hurt yourself years ago. The next thing that comes to mind is to run on soft surfaces. Concrete sidewalks are hardest, asphalt roads are softer, dirt roads are the best.0
