1,200 calories a day?

I know there are probably topics like this out there, but every time MFP has had me change my goals it always sets my calories at 1,200. With my fitbit sometimes it takes away those calories and there are days when MFP says I can only eat 1,000-1,100 calories. I know that's not enough at all. I weigh 138 and I'm less than 20 pounds to my goal and I am lightly active during the day and exercise at least 40 minutes 6 days a week. I reset my calorie intake to about 1,400 calories. Is that a good amount? How many calories should I be eating if I'm looking to lose 1-2 pounds a week? I was just wondering about someone else's input on this because I really don't really know what my calorie intake should be.

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal

With less than 20lbs you should be eating more...if you change your goal to 1/2lb a week.
