ive gotten to the point i just cant stand the elliptical.
if i take a brisk outdoor. hour long walk for 4.5 miles, is that at least as good for weight loss as 25 minutes (3.4 miles @ ~8mph) on the elliptical?

I'd say definitely. Walking is harder than elliptical.
But the proof will be in if you keep losing!0 -
i hope so...the effort in doing the elliptical isnt what bugs me...its tedium. cant stand moving in place. even if i had to do nt twice s long for the same results id prefer walking.0
