What should I improve on in my diary?

I have made my diary open and I am curious as to what I need to improve on. I am new to counting my calories and before anyone says 'being consistent'. I know, I need to be consistent but I have logged in to mfp diary for 12 days straight. What could I eat more of, what should I eat less of, etc... I make no qualms about eating pre-packaged meals for lunch, their just damn convenient, lol.

Oohh..now I feel like a dork. I changed my settings so it should be open for everyone. Is there are certain amount of posts I need to make before it can become open?

*Face palm. I figured out how to change my diary setting and this time saved the changes.

It seems like you are consistently over on your sugar and decently under on your protein, so I would work on making more of your calories come from protein and consuming less sugar.

    Goodness.

Your calories need to be spread out through the day better. Eat a solid breakfast, lunch, and dinner with substantial snacks in between. It's okay to have a splurge snack once in a while, but a 700 calorie ice cream with no lunch and a 130 calorie breakfast is not good for you. Eating out or eating prepackaged isn't your enemy right now, but getting half or more of your daily calories from junk is.

Set a calorie goal for each time you eat, and be sure to eat every time you are supposed to. With your daily goal there, you could easily do three meals between 350-400 calories and two snacks between 150-200. Have a couple of eggs with your yogurt for breakfast.

For heaven's sake, drop the ice cream, 330 cal Starbucks drinks and twizzlers. It's okay to have a sweet snack, but those are too much/too often. Those yogurt cups you have for breakfast would make a better snack.
