Okay- This is my VERY first post (and I am hoping that my pictures work). I've been on this journey for about 2 years now. This picture shows me BEFORE starting at a VERY scary weight for me and now down 74lbs. I am not done yet, but I am slowly making progress.

    Thanks Everyone! I've been really working hard and it has NOT been an easy thing, but I am slowly reteaching myself how to eat and listening to my body! Always looking for new workouts too!!
