Hello all :) It is raining beagles and Maine coon cats right now. I have started Insanity max interval sports training and I've got 41:21 left. It seems okay so far. I don't think it's meant to be too difficult as it's supposed to replace core cardio and balance. I am having a break right now.

I'm a little confused...you had a 41 minute video, and wasn't able to finish it in 1:20? Could it be because you kept stopping to post on here?

Just my two cents but it would be easier to improve your fitness levels by running the whole tape through without pausing it. You may have to stop to miss some reps and stop now and again for water, but over time you should be able to build up to the point where you can complete all moves in the workout.

Spreading the moves out over hours is not going to do much to help your fitness and endurance levels.

Yep I agree with this. I think Shaun T actually encourages breaks in insanity - like take a break, don't pause it, kind of breaks
