Teriyaki, Mio, Banana Milk, and...Naked juice?

I have been eating a lot of teriyaki lately, with and without the egg noodles. Combining that with cabbage I've lost a maximum of 5 lbs that one week.

I just started trying drinking this Mio Black Cherry in my water. Before I didn't have it I could barely get through 4 bottles of water.

I had a sudden craving for Kemp's Banana Milk (omg it is SO..GOOOD...If you noticed Nestle discontinued their banana milk years ago this is the substitute for it) I really like it cause I don't drink milk anyway but this helps out alot.

:sad: last but not least, Naked Juice...specifically Green Machine .... :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: Oh God, it looks like barf...:blushing: but it tastes so good. I literally thought I would hate this because I do not like fruit. I don't like the texture on my tongue. Yucky sucky. I'm just trying new things?

Anything you guys want to suggest?

    "Anything you want to suggest?" Lol. Usually someone will point out if something is unhealthy or not. So I didn't bother putting tons of questions up.

    I mean -that's like asking someone to suggest what I should wear today- it's just incredibly vague.

    You're eating meat- and some form of dairy- and techncially some form of fruit/veggie.

    If you are hitting your calories and macro's then eat your random combo of teriyaki, banana milk and naked juice.

    Eat what you like- just make sure it fits in your calorie budget.

    What's healthy is relative. Are you meeting your calorie and macro needs and losing a safe amount of weight a week? Then you're fine.
