brown rice casserole
Options
1/1/2 cups of long grain rice
1 cup of chopped onions
1/2 cup of butter
2 cans of beef broth
1 2 1/2 oz can of mushrooms chopped
place rice onions n butter in skillet cook over med heat stirring constantly until brown add beef broth n mushrooms place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole cover bake 300 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes remove cover cook bake for 10 minutes longer................enjoy 6 servings

Note to self: must try this.0 -
cream of mushroom might be good mixed with this instead of 1/2 cup butter, just to bring the fat down a bit. But sounds delish!0
