I'm Back!!

Of the 102 pounds that I originally lost, I gained back 40. I promise I won't sit here and dwell on the past. I'm leaving the past exactly where it belongs as there is no further benefit to thinking about it. If you want to know, I'll be happy to share my story but you've got to ask ;-) I promise to give as much support and encouragement as I can to anyone that wants to add me as a friend. This is the game where we win when we lose!
Back in January, I met the love of my life and I'd like to be around for her for many years to come. I love everything about her but in order to be really good for her, I must be good to myself. Photos to come soon.

It's funny how these things happen... I've been on this roller coaster for the better part of 10 years now. I had almost given up until I met who is now my wife about 2 years ago. She's picked me up, dusted me off, and continues to encourage me. Best of wishes on your travels and your goals.0
