ISO- Senior Zumba Videos

I used to go to a great zumba class for seniors , which is a bit toned down
Unfortunately we lost our instructor. Does anyone know of Senior Zumba videos
and where I can get them. No other classes in my area.

    Zumba Gold is geared toward seniors. You can find the dvd's online.

    Look on YouTube also. There are lots of full dance workout videos to choose from.

    Remember that you don't have to do the moves exactly like you see them. Any movement is better than no movement! Do what you can and do a little more the next time.

    I know you said you are looking for Zumba, but on YouTube there are a BUNCH of HASFIT videos and I have been doing those, just something different, Oh, and Hip Hop Abs on there too. :)
