not loosing weight

i feel im doing everything right, i have been for a month but no change. a few days ago i was 12st 4lb, now ive gone up to 12st 7lb!! im on my period but its going down and is not as heavy so i should be returning back to normal weight. i usually feel so bloated uring the first two days of the period. it should have gone down by now, maybe its just fat. i feel im making no progress on the scales and there's barely any change in my measurements, maybe like half an inch loss around my hips, maybe less. im eating right and doing a lot of exercise. i should just give up because im fat anyway and i want to hide away forever and die. even my mum doesnt notice any weight loss.

Hang in there you are not wasting time but getting healthier I am in same boat wt stalled for a month now! So frustrating. Think about cutting down carbs and finding a new exercise. Keep reading posts this happens and people get through it too. Remember it is about you not mum just about you changing eating to be a better life read posts don't weigh for awhile too0

What goals do you have MFP set to (meaning, how many pounds do you have it set to lose per week, and how many pounds are you trying to lose? Your ticker on your profile indicates 175 lbs to lose, is that accurate?). If you aren't losing weight, you aren't in a deficit. A caloric deficit is needed for weight loss, exercise is for health. So you could be doing loads of exercise in the gym, but if you're not eating at a deficit, you won't lose weight - regardless of whether the foods you eat are "healthy" or not. What calorie goals does MFP give you each day? And are you eating exercise calories back? MFP often overestimates calories burned in exercise, so if you log 500 calories burned from working out and actually eat all 500 of those calories back, you may be eliminating your deficit.
Bloating and water retention can happen with your TOM, and a person's weight can fluctuate +/- 5 lbs or more in any given day based on hydration, food consumed, sodium causing water retention; things like that. So don't get totally discouraged from stepping on the scale and seeing a slight increase.
If you open your food diary on here, we can take a look and make suggestions if you'd like. Weighing all solids and viscous foods on a digital food scale helps tremendously with accuracy, use measuring cups and spoons for liquids only. Don't give up!
Edit: From what I read on your profile, you don't seem to be logging your foods on here every day? That would be the problem. You are eating more than you think. Start logging everything accurately to follow the goals MFP sets for you. You could be eating all of the healthy foods in the world, but if you're eating more than you need to maintain a deficit, you'll maintain your weight or even gain weight.0 -

That`s so true. Change your name to something positive. We have all stuck, and it is hard, but if your eating healthy at least you are doing something good. Its better than eating unhealthy foods.
Do you weigh everything?
I do and its amazing how much something can weigh when we think its less.
You can add me if you want and I can look at your diary and see what your eating if that helps. Im no expert, but sometimes others may see what your missing.

It takes 4 weeks for you to notice changes in your body, 8 weeks for close friends and family to notice changes, and 12 weeks for everyone else to notice any changes.
Don't give up!
The scale doesn't tell the whole story and if you're down at all in your measurements that's a great success. In your profile you talk about being a specific size, not weight, so it sounds more like fat loss is more of what you're after anyways.
Add weight lifting to your exercise if it's not already and log every little thing you eat. It's a pain but just a few extra calories a day can put you from weight loss to maintaining to gaining.

I've been at this weight loss thing since December, so I'm about 6 months in. I've lost about 15 lbs, and yesterday was the first time anyone asked me if I've lost weight.
Keep at it. I thought at the start that I could lose 2 lbs a week and be at my goal weight in no time, but it doesn't really work like that. I have weeks where I seem to lose half a lbs every morning when I get on the scale, and then I go multiple weeks where my weight doesn't change at all, or goes up a couple lbs. I have no idea why, but that's just how it goes.
By the way, I looked at your pictures and would certainly not call you "fat". You look great right now.0
