Spent too much of my life over weight. Ready to get serious (again) about changing my lifestyle not going on a diet. I don't want to give up chocolate and sweets. But I do want to find friends that can help me though my cravings. I have lost 100 pounds before alone and now that I am a little older its just so tough. I am hoping to find a few dedicated friends that are either in the same boat or have been there and have some advice. Thanks.

I nearly could have written your post myself. I will be 35 in October and need to get serious about changing my lifestyle. I have had some success losing weight in the past but I seem to hit a point that I can never bust through. The most I've lost is 50lbs on my own. I turn around and gain it back. I need to lose 100 lbs. I think I know the how to, but I struggle with the emotional component. I've been overweight for the majority of my life. Feel free to send me a friend request :bigsmile:0
