Loaded Bratwurst Stew - Slow Cooker Meal

1 14oz package Ekrich Skinless Smoked Turkey Sausage
4 cups packaged shredded cabbage with carrot (coleslaw mix)
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped red potatoes
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 14 oz cans chicken broth
1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
Salt and Pepper
In a 5 to 6 quart slow cooker, combine bratwurst, cabbage, potatoes, red pepper, and onion. In a large bowl, whisk together broth, mustard, vinegar and salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in cooker.
Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 7 hrs or on high for 3 to 3.5 hrs.
Makes 6 servings

Calories 182, Carbs 17, Fat 8, Protein 12, Fiber 2, Sodium 981
Yummy with a nice crusty bread and salad!

Forgot to add, original recipe calls for Swiss cheese on top before serving...but I personally don't like it!0
