    Hiya, I'm returning to this I lost my first 30lbs then we decided to have another child and now starting up all over again to loose the remaining 40lbs.. Looking at doing a low carb high protein diet as found that worked really well for me last time.

    Well, I started out needing 33 lbs to lose. I went up and down before coming back to MFP a month ago.

    Starting Weight: 168
    Current Weight: 158
    Goal Weight: 135

    That will put me at the higher side of a "normal" BMI (I'm 4'11"), but I plan to gain muscle as I lose fat.

    SW: 207 (approximated - I actually did not weigh myself before I started with MFP, assumed I was 210-ish from remembering the last time I had looked at a doctor's scale, but then at my one-week weigh-in was at 205, and doubted I had lost a full 5 lbs)
