    Im from Scotland Want to lose 50lbs am at 21 so far. Combination of diet and have now just completed C25k. Taking it slow Treating myself to a takeaway and few drinks at weekend as I could not do this without something to look forward to after a hard week at work. Everyone has their own way of doing this and its finding what works for you Tracking your food diary and netting 1200 calories keeps me on track Good Luck with your weigh loss journey

    Hi, I am from London-South Woodford, ready to get back in action now after 2 months of spoiled diet and no exercise. Worst part is I gained back 5 Kg up from 69 now. But motivated to spend my time running in sunny weather. Cheers.
