  • Welcome aboard! I just started and am new here, too! I dont have a whole lot of tips yet, just one that is working for me. I was a soda-a-holic big time (and not diet either, lol!) I replace pop with 1 5 hour energy drink for 4 calories. Lost 3 lbs total this week (lost the 1st two before I signed up here). Good to "meet" you!
