Pretty much daily Monday - Friday...I don't bother on the weekends. 1) Wake up; 2) ****, shower, and shave; 3) Weigh in; 4) get dressed; 5) get coffee; 6) get in the car for the long commute to work; 7) drink more coffee; 8) get to work and eat the breakfast I packed; 9) have more coffee; 10) Get my *kitten* into gear and start working (or ****ing around on MFP.0

Also laughing because I catch weekends about every other weekend- I'm also not consistent on the weekend.0 -
Every morning after I runs myself I weight myself. Only if I runs though do I does it.0

Awww man, I'm so glad I read these comments...thought I was being weird because I also weigh every morning after I pee...rarely ever miss it. Right now, to be honest, it's the only thing I am sure to log in MFP.0

i record my weight in MFP weekly.. but i weigh daily..most of the times it will be the same as it is within a week..but its a motivation when it shows, .3 or .4 down, compared to previous day0

Waiting for certain days messes up my routine. If I can make every day the same it is much easier to keep track of my habits.0

I weigh myself every Friday. I think weighing myself every day would be discouraging, but I am not sure since I have not tried it. I also measure around my waist every other Friday.0

I try for once a week to prevent the crazy feeling of gaining and losing +- a few pounds daily.
ETA: Sometimes I do weigh myself every day, and it really does make me crazy. I speak from experience here, haha.0
