Having given this *extremely* careful consideration, I believe the correct answer is milk. Aside from the fact that I love milk, look at all the amazing things that would be extremely low cal as a result, since they're made of mostly milk:

    CHEESE
    Yogurt
    Ice Cream
    Gelato
    Butter
Cream cheese (and thus cheesecake), cottage cheese, alfredo sauces, milkshakes, milk chocolate, pudding, white Russians, chocolate milk, smoothies, et cetera, ad infinitum.

The answer is obviously milk, right?

Nuts. If I had one last meal, it would be a huge bowl of cashews, almonds, macadamias, filberts.

All of the above except milk for drinking. Can't drink milk... absolutely cannot stand the taste. Hated milk as a kid, hate it now. Cheese, yogurt, mousse, all great, as long as it disguises the flavor of straight milk.

Your argument is sound and well researched. I concur.
