Success: Size 16 to Size 6

Over the weekend I finally bought my first pair of shorts ever! I started my journey in 2012 at 222lbs and size 16, got pregnant, and am now size 6 at 137lbs. I am so grateful to have finally made my goal. I'm going to try and post the pics here, but if they don't come through, please click on my profile and they will be posted there!

    How does this post not have more comments?! Way to go, OP! My best friend just bought her first pair of shorts at 26 and it was so cool to see how happy that made her. I imagine you are feeling the same and looking quite good in them. :)

    That is so awesome. I cannot wait to wear shorts. I am starting at 229 and my goal is similiar to yours, but I am aiming to lose 76 to 80 pounds. I cant even imagine getting that smal (size 6), but excitedl. Ive always been a 14/16, even at my smallest (186lbs). So congratulations to you. Cant wait to see your pic progress.

    I am just curious on your weight loss journey, and your great progress. I was looking over your profile and you had gastric bypass surgery to loose the weight? The only reason why I am asking is because you were only 222.
