Bump! Gotta try this when I get some chicken breasts on sale!
  • Will probably try this and substitute the cheese and yogurt for vegan cheese and vegan yogurt.

    45 minutes?

Dude....stick a thermometer in it and pull it when it hits 160 degrees. Depending on the size of the peices you could have carbonized rubber after that long.

    Temp not time.

Tried this tonight with mozzarella instead, yum! This one will make it into regular rotation. The kids even ate it.

This recipe has 1 million+ pins on pinterest! The original recipe uses mayo instead of greek yogurt.
THIS IS SO GOOD! TRY IT!

    Directions:

    1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    2) Combine greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper in a bowl.

    3) Line baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.

    4) Coat each chicken breast in greek yogurt mixture and place on foiled baking sheet.

    5) Bake for 45 minutes.

Mmm, sounds good! Going to have to try it soon.

I bet you could throw this into a slow cooker. Maybe I will try that this weekend at the campground. Thank you for sharing!
