I'm 5'3", currently hovering between 132 and 140. I started at 188, and I'd like to get to between 126-132. I'm in UK size 8 trousers / jeans at the minute, which still seems strange to me as I was only aiming to get into 12's, which is what I was last time I was 10 stone. I'm a lot fitter and healthier this time around though, so I have a much lower body fat % than last time, though there's still quite a bit of room for improvement on that too.0

Hi ladies! I love this thread because it helps me to see that my goals are reasonable.
I'm currently 135/138ish. My highest weight was 150. While I might have seemed healthy to some, I am and was very skinny fat (minus the skinny!) I'm working on toning up my body by reducing my body fat percentage (currently about 25-30%) and eating within my macros. My first goal is to get down to 124 lbs, since that is when I felt my healthiest and what is on my driver's license!

I am 5'3"-5'4" as well. I started MFP (this time) on May 8 at 157 lbs and I am down to 153.8lbs. I would love to see 125-130. I was this weight 5-6 years ago so, I am sure it is obtainable.
I tried to do this two years ago, with logging everything I eat and walking. I saw zero results and quit. Earlier this month, I went bathing suit shopping and my body disgusted me. I cut out junk from my diet for the most part and. I am eating well.

I'm 5'4. Current weight is 123.8 (weighed myself this morning). I was as low as 122.8 lbs earlier last month. My current goal weight is to be in the range of 110-115.0

I'm 5'5" so a teeny bit taller and my doctor told me not to go below 140, so I'm shooting for 140. (I had told her I was aiming for 135).0

I am more aiming for reducing my body measurements especially around the hips area, last week went to some random jeans store and I managed to fit comfortably in size UK 14, and I bought jeans size UK 8 for keeping myself reminded that I must get rid rest of the fat and to wear my Uk 8 Us 6 sizes clothes !!

36-26-38 or 35-24-36
Expected goal weight
121-130 pounds
55-59 Kg
So there is 36-27 pounds left to lose, but I might look too much skinny in 121 lbs I dont know, let me first reach 130 and then decide whether need to lose a few more lol.

I'm 5'3/5'4 I started at 221 at end of January. Currently I am 179. My goal is to get to 145 then ill see if I want to slim down to 130-135. I have been 160 plus since I graduated high school so I don't know what I will look like under 160 I'm excited. I do 30day shred about 3x a week and go to the gym other 3days and run. I just want to be healthy and well look a lot slimmer then I do now.0

I'm 5"4 I currently weigh about 138 pounds. I have previously lost a lot of weight and sat down around 115 - 118 pound. For me that just wasn't healthy or sustainable. At the moment I am thinking I'll go down to 130 - 125 pounds but am trying to stay focussed on improving fitness and strength (and what I see in the mirror) instead of a number goal! x

I am 5'3 and 138. I would be happy at 130. I am curvy so I feel like I will always weigh a little more than most at my height but oh well. Where the fat is distributed is more important anyway so I keep track of my measurements more.0

GW3 (09/15/14): 180lbs
And then ultimately, just keep losing weight until I hit 125lbs!0 -
I'm 5'4" - currently 135, would like to get to 128-130lbs (and then I'll re-evaluate). I've never got much below 140 before but I've since had a baby and weight train and my body shape has totally changed!0

Hey there...I'm 1 inch off but I hope I can still post :P I'm 5'2 and started at 167lbs and my goal was to get down to 130lbs. My trainer told me that my body fat was at nearly 40%
That made me super sad, so now my goal is to cut that body fat in half. I've been researching like crazy so I can work on that ASAP.

5' 3 1/2" here. I set my goal at 122, but that number is more of a placeholder than anything else. Since I've been lifting, I fully expect my actual end weight to be much higher. I'm way more interested in a bodyfat percentage goal of 22%, a hint of abs, and going back to size 5 jeans.0

Wanted to bump this. I'm 5'4, SW 155, Goal is about 140/130. Peared shaped so i'm ok with having bigger thighs/hip/butt as long as i lose more of the tummy for now.0
