    just logged on again after a year of trying every diet in the world, am a member of weight watchers, but that is not working out either, so logged on my food diary and i way over. So now want to take it more serious. So how do I keep motivated and on track.


    Very simply put. Log everything you put into your mouth. EVERYTHING. Keep doing that you will learn as you go.
