I am new here and I really need friends to help motivate me and keep me going. I have done MFP several times, but this is the first time I joined after bettering myself, so hoping that will help me stick with it.
I have been cleaning up my eating since the beginning of April and started the c25k program at the end of April. I also do some strength training here and there but am not consistent with that part. I have lost 20 pounds so far. I don't have a long term goal as far as weight goes. I want to have more energy and be healthier. My main goal is to be a good health role model for my 2 young daughters.
Please add me!

hello embry0603, I'm new here also, just joined this week. I could also use a friend, so how bout it.....friends? I have a hard time sticking with a plan, I start out great then loose my motivation. I hope we can help each other stay on track. I don't have a long term weight loss goal either, just want to loose 30 lbs and get healthier and smarter about my eating, exercise, etc.0

Hello I just restarted but I never actually kept up with MFP , I have been using calorie counter app and I've lost 12 lbs since, but I've been getting bored and began slacking off so I've decided to actually use MFP but I need friends to please help me stay on track and I can do the same. Add me:D0
