Ideas for healthy food for a 3 day Baseball Tournament

So this weekend starts the crazy 5 weeks in a row of all weekend long baseball tournaments with my oldest son's select team. The good news is that we are close enough to the house to come home each night, empty and refill the coolor and snack bag, but not close enough to come home between games. I live in Texas and it is already HOT outside so things need to fit easily into a cooler. We are a family of 4 and I want to pack enough so that the boys have healthy meal options as well. We will probably eat out for dinner each night but I would like to bring breakfast and lunch. I just want ideas so we are not eating the same stuff over and over. Right now I have the following lined up:
watermelon and blueberries
greek yogurt
cheese squares
chicken cut up and bagged (instead of lunch meat)
triscuits and ritz crackers
80 calorie multi fit bars
almonds
TONS of frozen water bottles
carrots, cucumber and hummus
Also going to make homemade granola from the cooking light magazine.

Only thing I would add is cut up orange sections. Menu sounds like mine when my girls did travel league soccer.0

yum! Adding oranges and grapefruit to the list!0

bananas ... pickles (although high in sodium good to prevent cramps), also i recommend bringing a small towel or rag to dip in the ice water and put on their necks in between games, i know you asked about food but you'd be surprised how much it helps prevent overheating... Sadly as an adult my cooler no longer has kid friendly or healthy options in it when we play tournaments ... lol0

Oh yeah, I have a heart condition so I get overheated very easily. I have special cooling towel, mister for me and the boys. My oldest also informed me he want broccoli to snack on so I am adding that to the cooler as well.0

For the players take cuties, apples, grapes and strawberries. Best thing i learned from my sisters college softball coach...great in gsme energy in the heat.0

My parents always use to freeze chunks of fruit to put in the water bottles to add flavor during long tournaments for travel softball...it was a nice mix up. I would slip some green tea in there for a little pick me up for you and your boys. Triple headers are rough. Good luck! And you made me hungry!0
