New member/post gastric sleeve

My name is Ashley, and eventhough I have used my fitness pal awhile, I am just getting started on the message boards. I had a sleeve gastrectomy on March 3rd of this year. I am looking to unite with other people who have had weight loss surgery.

    Hi Ashley, My name is Denise and I just had the gastric sleeve surgery on April 24, 2014 and although I am happy with my decision I have been on a plateau for the past week. I kicked up my exercise today in hopes of breaking it. I am enjoying using myfitnesspal, it helps in keeping track of my proteins. I am also interested in hearing about others who have had weight loss surgery and their journey.
