stalled out

I'm seeing some questionable entries in your diary (1 serving of beer bread with 0g fat, 1c of homemade chex mix with 0g sodium), so it looks like your logging isn't always 100% accurate. You could be eating more calories than you think, or getting more sodium, which is causing water retention and masking your weight loss. Before you get angry, keep in mind that inaccurate logging is the EASIEST thing to fix! You don't need to panic and drop your calories even further, and if it's just inaccurate logging, it means it's probably not some medical issue.0

if your diary is accurate, it does look like you don't eat enough. I was glad to see several people say that when one usually hears that one needs to cut calories. I stalled for 3 weeks, went back and examined my diary and saw that when I was eating more I was actually losing. It feels a bit like a science experiment to me, but as long as you log accurately it's pretty easy to change things up and find what works for you. I also retain fluid like crazy after having gone through pregnancy, so I've found if I don't keep my sodium low, I will hold on to weight as well.0

I am having a similar issue. I have about 5lbs to lose to reach my goal but already lost almost 50. I hit a wall yesterday and was so frustrated (some personal crap going on too) that I almost cried at crossfit this morning. So embarrassing.
So a great friend of mine, who is also on here told me to take a few days off. I am going to keep working out but I am going to eat what I want and not log anything other than workouts. When i come back I am going to try to be very good about trying to reach 1200 net calories a day. The last week I have been below that because of exercise and I have been feeling it. Hungry in the middle of the night, not sleeping, and moody etc.
SO a few days to reboot and relax with regard to food and back on track saturday! Thats my plan!0 -
So this isn't specific to you but more in general - When people start exercising it's really hard - the body has to work for every movement - once the body starts getting into a groove with things - it eventually becomes easier - MUCH EASIER.
For me, today, I might burn 500 calories TRYING to run a couple of miles whereas someone who runs often and efficiently could do the same in just a couple hundred calories.
An hour of kickboxing today is going to burn less calories than it did a month ago simply because your body uses fewer muscles for the now optimized and trained movement.
Not saying that is the case for you, just suggesting that a plateau might be a good excuse to mix it up a bit and find new ways to make your body work hard. Obviously you should be feeding it right and all that too, but assuming EVERYTHING else remained the same, the calories burned for the exercise done might be something to consider.0
