30 day difference ! Pic included :)

You hear it all the time..take 30 days to change your life..well I did. I just changed to mostly clean eating , counting every calorie ( I even had ice cream at the movies some days!) and being accountable for myself. I workout 30-45 minutes everyday without a gym as Youtube videos are my best friend. Between Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout , Walk away the ounds 3 mile , and HasFit beginner workouts I am never bored !
I have not updated my official counter as weigh in day is Sunday but will be out of town..but feel so good I wanted to share some before and after. This doesn't stop here..it;s just proof that we all can do it !
