Newbie here

Hey. I'm a newbie to these forums and to fitness...... again. lol

I'll try to make it short -- My names Jessica, I'm 34 and about 195ish lbs and 5'1"... I am pretty muscular -- in the legs and arms, so my goal is 145. (as of now) Of course I would love to be "skinny", although, at the moment I'm working more on being healthy. I quit smoking about a month and a 1/2 ago, and I have been replacing those urges with foods... So, I'm just trying to get back on track.

I ran across this site while searching protein shakes, and I figured I'd give it a shot. :)


Please feel free to add me. Always in need of motivation. :)
