    Had mine for 7 weeks, but not added friends yet. It would be nice to have people to challenge/motivate. I have an office job, so its been fun making sure I move more to increase steps/calorie burn.

    WARNING: I have been known to walk in circles while the kettle boils, just to increase my daily steps:-)

    Ok fitbit people, I just got my first fitbit tonight - It was from a family I babysit for, they got it from their job and just werent interested in using it so they gave it to me! I have the Zip fitbit and I dont really know a lot about it so I figured maybe if I found some fitbit friends you all could help me out and encourage me to use it :) I am very excited to use it and eventually upgrade to the FORCE I think the wristband one is the best fit for me but I'm going to give the ZIP a try first :)

    I use the Fitbit Force. Basically it helps me monitor my TDEE and is a reminder to me to get up and move around or get in a walk of some kind. This one also monitors my sleep paterns which I like.
