Diet myths

I'm sure it's a controversial topic but I do agree with all seven points.

Here're the cliff notes:

Myth #1 You shouldn’t eat dinner (or anything else) after 7 p.m
Myth #2 Your body doesn’t need carbohydrates. Carbs make you fat
Myth #3 Paleo is the ideal diet, because we were all once Paleolithic people
( ^THAT^ is particularly a pet peeve of mine; most Paleolithic people died before they hit their 35th birthday too )
Myth #4: There is such a thing as eating right for your blood type
Myth #5: Juicing is healthy and cleansing is necessary
Myth #6 Eating fat makes you fat.
Myth #7 Gluten is bad for me and you and everyone, period.

You can now bring out the flame throwers and torch this heretic.
You're welcome :smile::tongue:

    I am laughing at this..
I guess i am doing it wrong since dinner is almost always after 7pm.

although #5.. 5 is not a myth.. cleansing everyday is important.. otherwise your tummy hurts.. and it's not fun.. and you have to call out of work and go take medicine until you do cleanse..

    That is pretty funny!!

Personally I dont eat anything, except maybe a small snack a few hours before I go to bed. That's just because if I don't burn it off my body is gonna store it =(
I hear the carbs and fat thing ALL The time!! I'm a health and fitness coach and it kills me trying to change peoples mindsets. Your body NEEDS those nutritents in certain amounts. I have horrible problems with Keto diets and other extreme low carb/fat diets. Don't get me started on jucing...
Paleo is a little extreme for me... I just try to eat at least 80% of the time clean. =)

I think everyone should have to take a nutrition class and PASS it lol

But the problem with juicing is that you're missing out on a whole bunch of vital nutrients.
